deposit and payment

Your booking will be confirmed by sending a deposit by bank transfer within 72 hours.
(it is possible to agree on a later date of payment)

We accept payment by Bancomat, Banco Posta, Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO), by cheque and in cash (for cash the payment limit is €. 4999,00).
For organisational reasons, payment must be made no later than the evening before departure.

The rooms will be handed over after 2 p.m.
On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10.00 a.m.

Booking Conditions

Rescheduling: Free up to 14 days before arrival, with voucher usable within 1 year. The deposit will never be refunded (art. 1385 Civil Code) in the event of non-performance by the customer or inability to take advantage of the stay, including illness, injury and other serious impediments.
Cancellation: From 14 to 0 days before arrival, penalty of 50% of the stay (deducting the deposit already paid).
Early departure/delayed arrival: charged the actual cost of the days not used.

By sending the deposit, the booking conditions are considered accepted

Insurance: Book at BASS HOTEL DIANA with CARE 4U HOTEL insurance. Cover for illness, accidents, breakdowns en route, dismissal, new hire and other cases. Reimbursement of up to 100% of the penalties, including the deposit (10% deductible).

tourist tax

The tourist tax is excluded.
From 1 November 2015, the tourist tax of euro 2.00 per day per person for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights will come into force throughout Trentino.
Minors under 14 years of age are exempt from payment.
